Stuffed clams, shrimp and herbs, roasted peppers and almonds, breaded artichoke hearts and mozzarella in corozza, paired with Anselmi Capitel Croce
Second Course: Tuscan Lamb Loin
Loin of lamb served with roasted tomatoes, Tuscan white beans, caramelized onions and merlot, paired with Rocca delle Macie Tenuta Sant’ Alfonso
Third Course: Pan Roasted Halibut
Served with roasted red peppers, polenta and a walnut-manchego pesto, paired with Ferrari Brut
Fourth Course: Arugula Salad
Fresh arugula tossed with roasted asparagus, toasted walnuts, caramelized pears and blue cheese in a blackberry-Cabernet vinaigrette, paired with Bertani Amarone
Fifth Course: Danish Blue Cheese Cake
Blue cheese cake with a red onion marmalade, paired with Col D’ Orcia Rosso di Montalcino
