Cost: $69.95 plus tax and gratuity. 

Menu:

First Course: Brie with Port Balsamic
Whipped brie, French bread croutons and port-paulo-balsamic glaze paired with Laboure Beaujolias Villages Saint Armand

Second Course: Beef Carpaccio
Thinly sliced seared beef tenderloin served with roasted mushrooms and drizzled with a white truffle sabayan, paired with Laboure Pinot Noir

Third Course: Red Wine Braised Lentil Salad
Baby field greens tossed with red wine braised lentils, black pepper dusted goat cheese and a caramelized shallot-herb vinaigrette, paired with Laboure Chardonnay

Fourth Course: Cabernet Braised Short Ribs
Beef short ribs slow braised with fresh herbs, root vegetables, black currant and cabernet, paired with Laboure Cote Rhone.

Fifth Course: Almond  Créme Caramel
Rich and silky almond custard topped with a rich caramel
