First Course: Lobster and Arugula Ravioli
House made ravioli stuffed with lobster and arugula, tossed with mushrooms, scallions and a chardonnay cream paired with Seven Daughters White Winemaker’s Blen

Second Course: Seared Salmon Salad
Toasted pine nuts, caramelized leeks, camembert cheese and greens tossed with a cracked pepper-mustard vinaigrette, topped with seared salmon paired with Tamari Torrontes

Third Course: Pan Roasted Duck Breast
Finished with a hibiscus-hoisin sauce paired with Seven Daughters Red Winemaker’s Blend

Fourth Course: Blue Cheese And Figs
Crumbled blue cheese, caramelized figs, flatbread paired with Tamari Malbec

Dessert: Wattleseed Cheesecake
A creamy cheesecake baked on a graham cracker crust with hints on chocolate, coffee and hazelnut
