Grilled with roasted peppers, basil balsamic vinegar and served over a herbed goat cheese crostini

Second Course: Chopped Salad
Baby filed greens chopped with cucumbers, tomatoes, roasted peppers, carrots and mozzarella cheese in a Paulo-balsamic vinaigrette

Third Course: Grilled Pork Chop
Finished with a sweet corn sauce and cilantro pesto

Fourth Course: Maple Walnut Torte
Maple sponge cake layered with toasted walnuts and mascarpone cheese
