first course

Wild mushroom salad: sautéed mushrooms, caramelized onions and fresh herbs in a puff pastry shell, with baby field greens and a Paulo-balsamic vinaigrette;

second course

Corn and crab “chowder”: fresh lump crabmeat sautéed with corn, red peppers, herbs, white wine and a touch of cream;

third course

Beef tenderloin: medallions of been seared with roasted tomatoes, shallots, and rosemary;

Chocolate reception;

fourth course

Crepes suzette: delicate crepes simmered in an orange glaze and topped with fresh berries and an Ivory-Zabaglione.

Cost is $59.95++ per person. VIP’s get a 5% discount.
