Join us at 6:30 pm as we roll out the red carpet, shine the spot lights, and welcome you to mingle amongst Messina Hof's Winemaker, Paul Bonarrigo, and the newest Messina Hof releases. We invite you to enjoy a six-course dinner paired with all of our featured wines. Learn from the winemaker himself about the time and effort required in creating what will one day be classic!

1st Course

Spinach Salad
Fresh baby spinach tossed with Fresh Strawberries, Toasted Almonds, dried Cherries, Solera Cream Sherry Vinaigrette    

2nd Course

Fig and Foie
Dried Estate Grown figs with a foie gras mousse topped with a Papa Paulo port wine reduction 

3rd Course

Roasted Scallops in Saffron Brodo
Succulent Diver Scallops, Pan Roasted to Golden Brown, served in a spiced saffron and sauvignon blanc brodo  

4th Course

Carved Beef Tenderloin
With a wild mushroom Paulo Cabernet Demi Glace

Melon Soup
Fresh Melon blended with a hint of mint and Merrill’s VineyardRiesling
