Baby spinach salad
topped with fresh sliced strawberries, candied pecans and sliced apricots.
Finished with a strawberry balsamic Mama Rosa Rose vinaigrette.

2nd course
Grilled 8 oz New York strip
topped with a merlot demi glace served with roast fingerling potatoes
and peeled baby carrots
tossed in tarragon butter. 

3rd course
Linzer Torte
A hazelnut crust tart filled with raspberry jam and topped with a hazel nut crust lattice work top. Served with a late Riesling whip cream
