New Options for the Silver, Gold, or Platinum Wedding Packages

Strolling Violinist
  • Garge Jequeas has 16 years of live music performance experience, and has played with several Symphony Orchestras. His beautiful music will serenade your guests down the lakeside path, and put them in a romantic mind set. Garge strolls up and down the aisle and through the vines up until the time of the ceremony. This option can be added to the Silver, Gold or Platinum Package.

Group Dance Lessons
 This is a great way to get your bridal party together, and have them get to know each other. Susan, with Susan's Ballroom Dance in College Station offers group dance lessons from waltz and foxtrot, to tango. We can arrange to do the dance lessons here on property, or you can go to Susan's Ballroom- a great way to do this, is to get everyone to come out to a nice dinner in the Vintage House, and then go the Gallery for dancing. Susan also offers dance lessons as an activity after a your rehearsal dinner offered at Messina Hof. This option can be added to the Silver, Gold or Platinum Package.

Port and Poker Night
 The Lakeside Deck is the perfect place for a groom and his groomsmen to relax and have a good time! Instead of going to a crowded bar, where the noise levels are out of control, Designer Events at Messina Hof has put together a package that caters especially to men. The Lakeside Deck over looks a gorgeous part of the property that includes our lake, Gazebo and Vineyard- the low lighting makes it a very relaxing space. Instead of Brandy we would offer a Port Bar that would feature our Tawny Port, Papa Paulo Private Reserve Port, Sherry, Ebony and Ivory Ports, and our Paulo Port. Alongside this full service bar would be an array of cigars available for you and your groomsmen to enjoy, poker tables would be set up, dealers would be brought in. This option can be added to the Silver, Gold or Platinum Package.

Ceremony Officiated by Paul, our Winemaker
 Paul Bonarrigo, our winemaker at Messina Hof, is a man of many trades and talents, and most recently he has added Wedding Officiate to his resume. What better way to make your wedding at the Messina Hof Vineyards more memorable than by having the winemaker bless your vows and witness the exchange. This option can be added to the Silver, Gold or Platinum Package.

Consultations with a local Dress Maker
Messina Hof Supports the Go Local movement, and to further our support, we have a fount a Wedding Dress Designer who lives in the Brazos Valley. She will meet with you do to preliminary sketches, talk about fabrics and accents, and create a custom couture gown for the Messina Hof Bride. This option can be added to the Gold or Platinum Package.
