Here is a few things about the heat while outside picking and stomping.
- bring sunblock
- wear closed toed shoes
- wear comfortable clothes
- recommended to bring gloves
- drink plenty of water
- hat recommended

Prevent heat stress by wearing light colored clothing, that are also loose fitting.

Also, be aware of insects. There are ants, wasps and bees in the vineyard.
