Winemaker, Paul Bonarrigo has had so many award winners in 2010-2011 he has decided to give a sneak peak at the newest vintages he will be releasing. Guests will enjoy the sights and smells of a four couse menu with dicussion sessions between each featuring comments from the Winemaker. The Reception will begin with Brut Sparkling Wine.
