Join the Bonarrigo Family as they introduce the newest wine releases for Spring 2012.
Guests will enjoy the sights and smells of a delicious four course menu.
Each course will be expertly paired with the newest Messina Hof wines along with discussion sessions between each course.
Fried Green Tomato Napoleon
Cornmeal encrusted fried green tomatoes, layered with a homemade Pinot Grigioremoulade sauce on a bed of baby spinach with an essence of balsamic extraction.
Paired with UnOaked Chardonnay 2011
Course Two
Triple Berry, Feta, and Walnut Spinach Salad
Fresh baby spinach topped with fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, feta cheese and walnuts. Dressed with a Riesling balsamic vinaigrette.
Paired with Riesling Father & Son 2011
Course Three
Surf and Turf
A 6 oz filet of tender beef topped with garlic shrimp. Served with basil chive mashed potatoes, balsamic glazed brussel sprouts, and honey glazed carrots.
Paired with Pinot Grigio 2011 and Private Reserve Zinfandel 2010
Course Four
Ivory Port Fresh Fruit Tart
Fresh sliced strawberries, kiwis, blueberries, and mandarin oranges tossed with Ivory Port delicately placed on top of a sweetened cream cheese filling. Finished with an Ivory Port Lime Granite.
Paired with Mistella Late Harvest Young Vineyard Moscato 2011
