New York Trip Continues

….I grabbed my suicase (seemed heavy) and ran out the door.  One and a half hours later we were at the Austin Airport.  Paul drove straight there as we were afraid of the hour wait to check in and the 1 hour wait for security we had experienced on the last trip.  He dropped me off at the curbside checkin.  It was not open.  Not only was there no line inside at the Southwest counter, it did not even open for another 45 minutes.  The sudden realization that we coud have slept longer or moved at a much slower pace hit me.  I simply parked the two suitcases at the entrance of the baggage check in line and sat across the aisle in front of them watching attentively for signs of life behind the counter.
