At every Cooking Party with the Chef event I learn something new.
In fact, the Chef’s personal tips are the most interesting part of the event.
Recipes are great, but the personal interaction with the chef is the best.
At last month’s class with Brett Montgomery, he shared several quick tips about onions:
1. How to cut onions without tears: Put the onion in the freezer until it’s really cold and use a really sharp knife that does not mash the onion layers.
2. How to dice an onion without it falling apart: Keep the root attached as you cut in all three directions.
