The Hotel Galvez
At the Hotel Galvez, we dined in their wonderful dining room. After selecting the Messina Hof Riesling, we chose two delightful appetizers. The first was their giant squid which was fried and served with a creamy mustard sauce that paired perfectly with the Riesling. The second appetizer was jumbo prawns in a garlic butter sauce. This too was a perfect pairing for the Riesling. Then for our entree we had a blackened Redfish which had a hint of spice that was balanced perfectly with the sweetness of the Riesling.
