Wine and Marie Callender’s Fettuccini with Chicken and Broccoli
This dish had a nice creamy sauce and good sized chicken chunks. We tasted it with Pinot Grigio, Private Reserve Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, White Zinfandel, Beau Jolee, and Pinot Noir. The best for this pairing were the Gewurztraminer and the Beau Jolee due to the saltiness. The sweeter wines tend to mask that salt. But the Private Reserve Chardonnay showed quite nicely with the creamy texture of the sauce.
