Personalized Wine Labels
Create your own custom wine label at Messina Hof. We’ve made it easy for you to commemorate special events such as engagements, weddings, anniversaries, and family reunions. You can even develop a label for your own wine collection. Choose from our gallery of templates or email your artwork directly to Messina Hof.
How to Order Your Labels
To place your order:

When placing your order, please provide the following information:
- Name and Phone Number
- The date you would like to receive labels by
- Your wine selection
- Excludes: Angel Riesling or Paulo Wine
- Your artwork selection
- Choose the template you want from our Template Gallery
- Attach any pictures or logos you would like to include on the label.
- Your wording for the label
- Please be as detailed as possible.
- Ex: Happy Birthday, Jackson!; Congratulations, Amelia & Josh; etc.
- How you want to receive your order
- Pick up at a Messina Hof location
- Shipped to you
Upon placing your order, you will be assigned a Private Label Representative who will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of your order.
Additional Order Information
What is the Turnaround Time for Orders?
We request a minimum of 2 weeks from the date your order is processed to completed. Your Private Label representative will follow up for additional details and confirm when your order is ready.
- For peak seasons such as Graduation and Holidays, we recommend ordering 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure you receive your private labels in time.
- For shipping orders, please allow an extra week.
- Orders for pick-up at Harvest Green, Hill Country, or Grapevine may have extended delivery timeframes.
How Do I Receive My Personalized Labels?
You have two primary options: in-person at a winery location or shipping to your home.
If you want to pick up your personalized labels in person:
- Choose a Messina Hof Winery location: Bryan, Fredericksburg, Grapevine, or Richmond.
- Tell your Private Label Representative the date you want to pick up your order and your preferred winery location.
If you want your personalized labels shipped to you:
- Shipping is available in most states.
- Due to various states’ regulations, Messina Hof cannot ship wine to certain prohibited states.
- As shipping costs vary, your Private Label Representative can provide an estimate before completing your order.
Please allow an additional week for shipping orders.

Custom Label Design & Setup Fee | $20
- Includes 3 design proofs created by our Personalized Labels Designer
- After 3 design proofs, each additional proof costs $5
Price per Label | $2
Discounts
- Receive a 10% discount on your wine with a purchase of a case
- Receive a 15% discount on your wine with a purchase of 2 or more cases
These prices do not include the cost of purchasing wine. Your Private Label Representative can provide those prices.
Standard shipping fees apply to the labels and wine bottles.
