What We Offer
Catering
Messina Hof works with top local caterers to provide exceptional meals for your event. You’ll discuss menu options with our event planners, and we’ll find the caterer who will best suit your event’s needs. Whether light to heavy appetizers, to lunches or dinners, we can provide delicious cuisine for you.
Bar Services
Messina Hof Grapevine Winery provides exclusively Messina Hof wines. The private event floor of our venue has an attractive wine bar for your gathering. In most circumstances, the wine for your event will be priced by the case, and all tastings for the wines you want to be served are included in the wine purchase for your event. If you would like to offer a cash bar to your guests, we may accommodate this selection. We can also provide a mimosa bar for your brunch or our in-house, made-from-scratch sangria for a luncheon? We can create your wine menu for your gathering as well.
Event Packages
We offer pricing options for special events like holiday parties, bridal or baby showers, private tastings, corporate retreats, murder mystery dinners, and dinners with wine tastings.
Event Gifts
Do you need corporate or bridal gifts? Leave the gift-giving up to us! We can wrap single bottles of wine or create beautiful custom gift baskets for your guests. You can also have custom labels placed on your Messina Hof wines for gifts!
Available Event Space
With a maximum capacity of approximately 200 guests across the entire hotel, Messina Hof Grapevine Winery has six different locations you can rent for your next private or corporate event. We request a two-hour minimum for all. events, and you will enjoy the following amenities as part of your rental rate:

Our Rooms
Winery
You can literally book our entire Grapevine winery for your special event, and we’d love to shower you with Messina Hof hospitality.
Event Floor
With capacity for 96 seated guests (or 130 cocktail style), you can rent the entire floor for the ultimate exclusivity.
Messina Room
Accommodating up to 24 people for a seated meal, this charming room has abundant natural light and overlooks Main Street & Liberty Park. A great space for intimate dinners, lunches, engagement parties, and showers, this room is also perfect for your intimate wedding ceremony. It can also open up to combine with our Hof private event room.
Hof Room
This room can accommodate up to 40 guests for a seated meal. Featuring a ceiling-mounted projector with a large screen for various presentations, it also boasts lots of windows for natural light and a view that overlooks Liberty Park. You can combine the Hof Room with our Messina Room to create a large open room that can accommodate up to 64 guests for a seated meal or a large cocktail style party for up to approximately 90 guests.
Wallis Room
This room takes you back to the late 1800s with the vintage-looking wallpaper and old world “gas” lamps. It can hold up to 24 guests for a seated meal, and you can rent a flat-screen TV for viewing or presentations. The welcome space features lots of natural light and views of downtown Grapevine! The Wallis Room can also be used as a Bride’s Room for weddings.
2nd Floor Veranda
The best place to be on Main Street Grapevine! This 2nd-floor balcony is the best place for you to pop the big question, enjoy some people-watching, or simply mingle over a glass of our award-winning wine. Bistro-style seating with love seats and umbrellas make it a fun space for gatherings. You can rent this outdoor area for private use in conjunction with our other event rooms. Imagine your guests relaxing while taking in the sights of downtown!

Our event staff is delighted to guide you through the process oof planning your gathering so it exceeds your needs and expectations.

This is available for you for presentations, announcements, slideshows, or speeches. We will also provide you with a cordless microphone for you gathering. Please check with us on capabilities and equipment specifications.
Outside caterers kitchen service fee
$500 plus $2.50 per plate
You are welcome to secure your own licensed caterer if you desire. Your caterer has use of our kitchen, chafers, fridge/freezers, ice machine, and china/serving items needed for your event. We will coordinate with your caterer to make your event a successful one!
Decorating Services
$200
You’re too busy to decorate! Just drop off your tablescapes, candles, and any other decorations and we’ll take care of that for you per your instructions.
