In Remembrance of Veteran’s Day

The weather is chilling, and the vineyard is preparing for the colder months ahead. November brings with it a season of reflection and gratefulness. This past week we celebrated the United States Marine Corps’ 237^th Birthday on November 10^th. Paul Mitchell’s Marine Corps service will forever be a large part of the MessinaHof tradition, and we have had the privilege of hosting a Marine Corps Birthday Ball here at the Vintage House Restaurant for the past few years. This year’s celebration was fantastic. The Marine Corps traditions continued with the reading of General Lejeune’s Marine Corps Birthday Message, the Commandant’s Birthday Message, and the passing of cake between the oldest and youngest Marine present.  Semper Fi.

In remembrance of Veteran’s Day – Thank you to all former and current service members for your heroism and service. We honor your sacrifices and dedication to this great nation.
