Just Arrived… New Barrels at Messina Hof Estate!

This week, 60 new barrels were delivered to Messina Hof Estate! 

Created by World Cooperage, these barrels are part of the “Fusion Series,” which allows the winemaker to design a barrel tailored to the precise style desired by combining different oak species.

Messina Hof’s 60 new barrels include six different toast profiles combining various amounts of French and American oak. The profiles of each barrel was specifically chosen to age certain varietals of our Paulo series.
