Messiña Colada Wine Cocktail Recipe
Do you like Piña Coladas? Then we have the perfect new recipe for you! This past Wednesday was National Piña Colada day, and we’re beyond excited to put on our aprons and get to work putting a Messina Hof twist on this classic cocktail. (You know it’s a good day when the office smells like pineapples). No matter where you’re spending the Summer, be transported to the tropics with our recipe, the ‘Sweet Mes-sea-na’.
2 20oz Cans of Pineapple Chunks
1 10oz Jar of Maraschino Cherries
1/2 Cups Cream of Coconut (you can also try Coconut Milk!)
1 1/2 Bottles of Messina Hof Moscato
2 Cans of Lemon-Lime Soda (optional)
Serves 6-8 people
In a large container combine the pineapple chunks and cherries, making sure to include the juice from the cans and jar. Next, add the cream of coconut and Moscato. Now, add ice. For on the rocks (pictured above) stir in the ice before serving. For a frozen option use a blender until smooth. Optional: make it a spritzer by adding 2 cans of lemon-lime soda!
