It’s a special time of year at Messina Hof Winery & Resort as the vines begin to go into dormancy. This January, the pruning process will begin and Messina Hof invites the public to be a part of this unique, educational experience!

WORKSHOPS 

Pruning: Learn our pruning process hands-on with our winemakers in the Messina Hof estate vineyard. Each guest will take home their own plant to test your new skills and start your own vineyard.

Blind Tasting & Aroma Challenge: Test your palate and learn the art of blind tasting. Can you guess the wines and aromas? Compete with fellow wine-lovers to beat the Winemaker’s challenge!
