Own Your Own Vineyard

Have you ever wanted to own your own vineyard, participate in the harvest, live in wine country? L’and offers an innovative residential community and hotel facility built around vineyards. Residents look out back doors to the communal vineyard where they help in the care and harvest. Each resident also gets their own allotment of wine each year with their own label. It provides the feel of vineyard ownership without the intense financial investment. Check out the attachment for more information. The only question that I did not get answered was what happens when you decide you do not want to participate in the vineyard labor anymore. The rest of the concept looks very nice.
