The Vintage House Chef’s Table

Hand-crafted by our executive chef to fit your style and preferences, our five-course Chef’s Table at the Vintage House is an excellent way to celebrate an anniversary, birthday, or other special occasion.

The Chef’s Table begins with a visit from our Executive Chef Dwight Sherman, who will explain your unique menu and how the evening will progress. Each course is then prepared using the freshest ingredients, often from our very own organic gardens. These courses are expertly paired with our best Messina Hof wines, for the ultimate dining experience. Your Chef’s Table will conclude with the signature Messina Hof flambéed dessert of your choosing, paired with one of our luscious dessert wines.
