Vintage House Restaurant has Elevated its Food and Wine Experience

Exciting news! The Vintage House Restaurant has released its new menu and extended hours this week. Get ready for brand new flavors, food and wine pairings, and more Vineyard Cuisine™ offerings at our Estate Winery & Resort. If you find yourself in the Bryan/ College Station area, here are a few new brunch, lunch, and dinner items for you to try on your next visit:

Brunch

Brunch is much more than mimosas, and these new items will surely start your day off on a savory note!

Crispy Chicken & Waffles: Savory cheese and chives mashed potato waffle topped with crispy spiced  chicken strips and served with our Angel, Late Harvest Riesling syrup.

Brunch Burger: Messina Hof burger patty, cheddar, garlic Merlot aioli, crispy bacon, roasted tomatoes,  lettuce, and an egg on a brioche bun. Served with fries.

Lunch

For that midday pick-me-up, let the Vintage House Restaurant help with these fresh, healthy offerings.

Rustic Pasta: Linguini pasta with garlic-roasted tomatoes, mozzarella pearls, fresh basil, and pine nuts. Your choice of signature sauce.

Steak Salad: Port-mustard glazed flat iron steak served on top of a bed of greens with balsamic dressing, goat cheese, tomatoes and crispy fried shallots.

Honey-Crusted Baked Ricotta: Oven-baked herb ricotta with Gewürztraminer herb honey, thyme, crispy garlic, and zested lemon peels. Served with toasted ciabatta.

Truffle Mushroom Arancini: Truffle oil and mushroom risotto fritters served with a creamy blend of Merlot marinara and Chardonnay sauce.

Grilled Ribeye: Hand-cut grilled Ribeye with garlic Viognier chimichurri, roasted garlic chive mashed potatoes, and seasonal vegetables.

Goat Cheese Cheesecake: A creamy blend of goat cheese and cream cheese with a graham cracker crust. Topped with seasonal fruit compote.

Flourless Chocolate Torte: Flourless chocolate torte bites with a hint of Sparkling Almond.

 

We are also now offering our Vineyard Cuisine™ exclusive wines for an even more elevated food and wine pairing experience at the Vintage House Restaurant. These wines pair perfectly with our newly released culinary dishes!

Abounding: Earthy aromas of rich Texas terroir and flavors of blackberry that reach out from the depths of the glass. Oak aging adds balanced layers of black tea and leather. Its lingering finish, when savored, evokes the lifecycle of the grapevine from soil to press.

Vitality: This crisp dry white blend is light and refreshing with aromatic ripples of honeysuckle and limestone. White flower notes overflow on the nose followed by splashes of bright lemon zest. The crisp, clean finish perfectly compliments vegetarian and outdoor cuisine.

Emblaze: This sweet red blend has dynamic personality to warm up your heart and light up your soul. On the nose are floral notes of magnolias and rose petals. Ripe plum flavors perfectly coat the mouth with notes of wild berry jam and vanilla.
